According to the documentation, tapestry 4 servlet can use without a problem other mappings than /app
So, you can map the servlet (the same class) to different applications.
Each servlet will use <servlet-name>.application on WEB-INF and will start from there.
You also have to tell the servlet, which mapping it should use. Look at

org.apache.tapestry.servlet-path at

http://jakarta.apache.org/tapestry/UsersGuide/configuration.html

Also HiveMind configuration is seperated under WEB-INF. The servlet will read WEB-INF/<servlet-name>/hivemodule.xml This way, you can have separate hivemind services for each "instacne" of tapestry.
