Pages inside Namespaces are tricky.

You need to start with a page or component from namespace A.

Get its namespace:  IComponent.getNamespace()

Get namespace b:  INamespace.getChildNamespace("libraryB");

IPage page = cycle.getPage(namespaceb.getExtendedId() + ":MyPageInB");
