It seems that it not working at all for me.
I have tryed point my pages package and turn off caching with:
<meta key="org.apache.tapestry.page-class-packages"
value="ivs.cross.struct.page"/>
<meta key="org.apache.tapestry.page-caching" value="true"/>
but without any success.
Pages I turned off in web.inf, but according to docs, It should be
possible and by <meta>...
