Or do you want to call a listener as part of a link or a button?  Do you want 
just a link <a href=...></a> or do you want to submit the form?

What are you trying to accomplish?

Please elaborate on your question, it isn't clear what you are asking here. 
If you want to trigger something using the body event attributes like onload,
you could use something like the XTile lib from http://t-deli.com/ to create
this functionality.
