Could you please elaborate a bit on reasons to develop
yout CMS?
It seems like thre is a bunch of open source CMS like
http://www.alfresco.org/index.html 
http://www.opencms.org/opencms/en/
http://www.exoplatform.com/portal/faces/public/exo
and others 

Why another system, just curious...
