Tapestry 4 is making gains in XHTML compliance.

The border attribute of <img> is not part of XHTML.  The Image and
Rollover components no longer generate a border attribute
automatically (though they will still honor a border informal
parameter).

Adding

IMG { border: none; }

to your CSS will fix this issue cleanly.
