I don't think what you want to do is really possible with post requests, at
least not in typical situations. I feel like I'm being too active today,
but..

You ~could~ get this to happen if:

1) You used a tacos (http://tacos.sourceforge.net) ajaxForm, and specified
something like this as your "updateObject" parameter..(in javascript)

var formUpdate = new Object();
formUpdate.responseComplete(responseNodes) {
Element.scrollTo(dojo.byId(<unique id of your anchor/any element you want
here>));
}

That would do it quite nicely, but then you'd have to open that whole other
can of worms...
