I found a solution, which was to strip down to just the Tapestry and Hibernate JARs, then start adding until all the dependencies were satisfied. (I'm using myEclipse, which tends to add a pile of JARs to a project.)

I then hit in (in)famous Hivemind module duplication bug in JettyLauncher, but found a nice workaround.

Hi,

I am using T4/HiveMind/Spring in Tomcat without any problems.
The only difference I see between yours and mine is that I have all my jar files under WEB-INF/lib.
