I found a solution, which was to strip down to just the Tapestry and
Hibernate JARs, then start adding until all the dependencies were
satisfied. (I'm using myEclipse, which tends to add a pile of JARs to
a project.)
I then hit in (in)famous Hivemind module duplication bug in
JettyLauncher, but found a nice workaround.
