I did more tests. I believe now that the dojo unload process has conflicts
with Tapestry Form with focused Select component.
As long as the select component does not have the focus, closing the window
has no problem.
I think that Jesse is integrating dojo into Tapestry. Jesse, do you or
anybody else have any insight view on dojo's unload process?
