I'm not sure he has the book. I have the book and there is a Chapter
on migrating a Struts app and that chapter has a section on forwarding
from a JSP to Tapestry.

I can't answer the question directly as I don't use JSP/Struts (last
JSP use was 4 years ago and last Struts use was NEVER).

Kent wrote the chapter - I don't have time to transcribe it and I
think that would be doing a disservice to Kent's effort anyways.
