Yes, I'm afraid I think you are right Francis. I think a small PDF would suffice, then could self publish. I expect most authors want to catch bigger fish though! A shame really, HiveMind is a useful piece of glue, it could become more popular IMO, with decent supporting literature. Kent does delve into it a fair amount in his Tapestry book, but the scope is understandably narrow.
