table@contrib:Table issues

Hey all

I am very impressed with the contrib.table in Tapestry but how come it 
won't let me list column names containing underlines _ ?

I can do this:
listOfConversations:Title:title

But I can't do this:
listOfConversations:Title:image_title

Is there a workaround for this?
