Meeting objective: This is a working group forming BoF. The objective is
to review and solicit feedback on a working group charter. This charter
has been reviewed on the BoF mailing list and by approved by the IESG. It
is currently out for IETF review.
Agenda:
1) BoF Goals (TSV Area Director) - 5 min.
2) TAPS History & Context (Brian Trammell) - 10 min.
3) Charter Walkthrough & Summary of Comments (Michael Welzl) - 30 min.
4) Feedback & Discussion (moderated by co-chairs) - 45 min.
Questions to be asked:
a) Does the room understand and agree on the problem?
b) Is there support to form a WG with the following charter?
c) Does anyone feel that a WG should not be formed? (why?)
d) Who would be willing to review documents (or comment on
the mailing list)?
e) Who would be willing to serve as an editor for one of
the initial two documents?
