We have submitted a new version of the UDP Usage document. This incorporates changes to fix some details, but more importantly a set of changes that were motivatd by review comments for the 01 version. The authors hope this version now incorporates all details needed to allow the TAPS WG to proceed with consideration of the UDP protocol.
