1. transaction_id == lsn of 'transaction_begin' command 2. transaction isn't attached to a connection 3. transaction_id is packed within request 4. the first insert can implicitly open a transaction (with flag or not ???) ??? 5. insert could be automatically committed (with flag or not ???)
