* new tnt_bench utility. Features include:
- avarage value measuring (count * repeats)
- memcache protocol support (memcache-set, memcache-get operations)
- iproto support (insert, insert-ret, update, update-ret, select,
ping operations)
- separate tests and buffers specifications
