Bug description:
If You maintain a package in distributive You can want to add some
options into config that would be used by maintainers' script.
Tarantool rejects these options.
For example in debian user can point 'file_descriptors' option and startup
script will do ulimit before starting tarantool.

It would be nice if tarantool_box has --skip command-line option to
run tarantool with additional maintainer's options.
