1. Moving xlog printer code into tc_print_xlog.{c,h}, leaving basic printing
code in tc_print.{c,h}.
2. Fixing bug, that disables print of second argument of every update OP
(except for splice) if it's string.
3. Print double quotes in lua strings without escaping.
