Bug description:
.deb packages are built outside git repo, and tarantool version in
this case is taken simply from the CMakeFile.txt in the top level.
The resulting package has VERSION macro without -patch as a result.
Please provide a full version in the .deb package, either by building
within a git repo, or fixing CMake.
