I've just thought of a potential problem (or even maybe a benefit in
some cases...)

Users can set/unset 'nodump' on files/directories they own.

A clueless user could accidentally set all their stuff to 'nodump',
and a malicous one could remove a nodump on their home directory
and create large junk files. (This assumes that nodump isn't set
on any of the parent directories out of the users control)

Ok, an extreme case, but worth noting for anyone considering
using the 'nodump' method on a multi-user system!

Cheers,
  Jamie
