"Extracting" a Tarsnap archive out to a tar file

Hi there,

The Tarsnap manual page describes how to take a local tar file and put it into 
Tarsnap, e.g.:

    tarsnap -cf my-tarsnap-archive @my-tar-file.tar

Is there a way to do the reverse, turning a Tarsnap archive into a local tar 
file, without extracting to a local directory as an intermediate step?
