The Baul music, singing is amazing. Do you know of anyplace where I might hear this in southern India? I like the trick of playing the plucked instrument and the drum at the same time. Anyway, thanks for sharing this. I wish these guys lived down the block. I get the chants from the mosques in the neighborhood (I live in a Muslim neighborhood) and a barracks next door where they like to play some folky-sounding tunes, but it's too mushy to figure out much of what's going on. And I kinda wish they wouldn't do it at 5 a.m....val
