Ok, I must chime in here...

A while ago, maybe two years ago or so, here in Tasmania, in a little
mining town called Beaconsfield, there was a cave in.  Two men were
trapped in a cage and it took several days...something like 12 or 14
days to finally get them out.  Tragically one miner who was not in a
cage was killed.  It was on the news here all the time, as they passed
food in to the trapped miners, and a huge celebration when they got
them out alive.

Recently someone has written a musical, I believe its called something
like  The Beaconsfield Mine Disaster written in A flat minor.
This is a true story.  The folks close to the events don't seem to see
the humor of it. Maybe it was a little too soon for such a catchy
title.
