As I am a newby to the scene... about 5 years or so, I never got to see Big Mon and all of the interviews and recollections of people who did have the chance to see him is so intriguing to me. I was told Monroe didn't like to sleep... Einstein was that way he actually held a spoon in one hand situated above something that would make a racket when dropped as he fell asleep. Wonder if some of that aggressive power and creativity comes from?
I am reading the newest Monroe book currently by neil rosenburg. It is pretty cool stuff. Nice posting if any others have any interviews.
