They were not nominated in the Bluegrass category.  Skaggs won that
Grammy.

They did win 5 of them including Best Album.  I happen to like it.
Although it did take a few listens before I really grasped what they
were doing.  I really like the sparesness of it.  Someone described it
as sounding like the best garage band Rock 'n Roll they'd ever heard.
I look forward to their next effort.
Plant also thanked Stuart Duncan, Mike Seeger, Norman Blake and Riley
Baugus when they won for Best Album.  I thought that was classy!

As for Skaggs, he's one helluva musician.  The only problem is he
knows it, acts like it, and wants the rest of the world to know just
how good he is.  Being a little more humble would probably go a long
way in improving his image.  And the preaching from stage......huge
turn off for me.  I wanna hear music, not a sermon.  I own every cd
he's put out since Bluegrass Rules and they get played all the time.
But I wouldn't go out of my way to try and meet or talk to the man.
