I have been treating this pick like a new baby/puppy. Never putting it in my pocket with change, not going into the laundry, not gonna get wet. Never shook it in anger, never jabbed at it, never flicked it at anything. Haven't even tried out the tremolo/metronome exercises mentioned in an earlier post to get this pick over-heated. Didn't take it to the North Pole or the South Pole, it hasn't even been in a car yet. Picked it up 5 mins ago to start playing and it fractured, a little wedge piece just fell out. That was a quick $21.50, perhaps a flaw in the material? Should I contact the Red Bear people? Tater, what do you think?
