if you ask them for a password you can download a load of Sheiks stuff. I
just think that it's one of the foundations of American music, and has the
added value of a load of extremely suggestive lyrics, although Bo Carter on
his own did raise the bar even higher. Why don't contemporary musicians sing
about bananas and fruit baskets?

That's the original. It was just inducted in the Blues Hall of Fame by the
Blues Foundation in Memphis. Very few people perform it in this style...with
the guitar changing to the IV two beats early.. and with the instrumental
bridge. Love it!
