Tater,
I'm looking for the same thing for mandocello. We are planning the "big" Christmas show and I'm hoping to play my old mandocello. Right now all my brain can come up with is lots of double stops and single string melodies, they sound very nice but there must be more. I have a 1915 Gibson I'm thinking K-2???? Anyway it's a beauty and I really need to start playing it, Clyde Clevenger Just My Opinion, But It's Right Salem, Oregon Old Circle ----- Original Message ----- From: "mistertaterbug" <[email protected]> To: "Taterbugmando" <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, September 27, 2009 6:20:27 PM GMT -08:00 US/Canada Pacific Subject: Mandola books/instruction/DVDs/etc Has anybody on the list ever seen any sort of instructional material regarding mandola playing and/or players? There must be some floating around someplace. I don't care what style, just something I can get some more hints from. I'm a'thankin' you.
