Sorry, had to watch my Bears win... We had a full house last night for Mike and David. The boys played two surprisingly long sets and we're obviously having some fun. Mike's singing was especially strong and both of the boys really stretched out on a number of tunes. They offered up some great new songs; some from Mike's Australian solo shows. David's humor was on display and there was plenty of gabbing with the crowd by both of these boys.
In addition, there were some fantastic brownies by the Fools and Grunts catering (aka Gina) that made everyone talk with their mouths full. Also during intermission, Colin O'Brien entertained with a few fiddle tunes and dancing ala Hartford. 'Twas a fantastic show... seriously hard to beat. Also quite fun was the after-show scotch tasting. A fine time for all and a fine maiden voyage for Dead Messenger Productions!
