A while back, in a second-hand book store, I found Tainaka's book.. Bluegrass Mandolin Technique. 1975 &1979
There is a copy of a hand written note to Tainaka from Bill Monroe on the first page, and a photo of Monroe and Tainaka playing ..just above it. It offers some double-stop ideas I have not used before, found some errors in it and his chords seem to be in some cases a little different than the usual. Does anyone have more detail, info on this Tainaka fellow? His bluegrass effort? Just curious. linda --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Taterbugmando" group.
