Give me Tony, David Grier, Norman, Bryan Sutton, Russ Barenberg, Robin Kessinger, Wayne Henderson any day over that fangerstyle tappin' stuff!! Oh wait, Tony, Norman, and Wayne play fangerstyle too......hhmmmmm ;-) I do enjoy some good fingerstyle guitar playing but I've never gotten into that tappin' stuff or whatever that style is called. Ever heard of the late John Cephas?? Now there was some real talent. Tony McManus is awesome too. As is Todd Hallawell. I'm just not smart enough to coordinate my left hand and 2-3 fingers on my right hand. I'm giving it my all just trying to figger out how to use a single flatpick!
