The current issue of Fretboard Journal has a great article on David Grier complete with a few Monroe stories I never heard. Our fearless leader is also mentioned. Hey I'd love to see an article on the Tater in Fretboard Journal which is as fine a music magazine as I've ever seen. No TAB in the Fretboard Journal (we all got enough of that anyway) just some great reading and quality photography.
Another fine publication; The Oxford American has their music issue out right now...comes with a (2) CD compilation of obscure but always great Southern music. Got turned onto some of my favorite bands through past music issues. And no Tater I ain't bored just busy with that pesky nonsense called work! Not complaining though glad to have it. Haven't had a chance to visit Statman yet neither. That new Taterbug Special with the "3" designation is DARK! My be my favorite TB Special yet!
