I learned Tombstone (as best as I could) from a live Monroe show somebody recorded and passed around. It was at Tombstone Junction Park in Parkers Lake, KY in 1981. It must have been right after Bill wrote it, because he introduces it to the crowd that day. He plays it faster than other times I've heard it and he plays the B part twice. It's a cool tune and harder to play than it sounds. I'm sure I'm missing more than a few notes. I hear more in it every time I listen to him play it.
