It's sitting on a DVD on my desk waiting to be mailed to you. Without the VM it's all still do-able, the exercises are there as a zip file, for example. It doesn't invalidate the manual. What *is* essential is an answer to my mail to mygrid a while ago about timetable for convergence of the workbench and platform code. I need an answer for this for this meeting I'm going to in Tokyo and I'm sure anyone else using the platform would like to know!
