Discussed with Stuart and Alan about the current .t2flow serialisation format - as Alan is looking into registering the mime-type with IANA.
As we'll probably later do some minor changes to the serialisation of the activity/dispatch layer configuration beans (possibly not using xstream) and the activity/dispatchLayer plugin definition (<raven>) we should probably *not* submit the schema [1] as part of the IANA-registration. (It could be listed informatively though - but not as part of the spec).
