Something appears to be going wrong with converting the expected results
to Strings. For example, you get the failure:

but looking at the expected result (in
/net.sf.taverna.t2.translators.localworker-translator/src/test/resources/concatenateTestOut.txt)
it _is_ meant to have a newline at the end. So the output you get from
the worker is correct. It is the
IOUtils.toString(LocalworkerTranslator.class.getResourceAsStream("/concatenateTestOut.txt"))
that seems to be wrong.
Can you try just printing that String out?
