Hi,
I am trying to launching the job to the remote execution engine (0.4.5)
installed in Tomcat 5.5.26
I submit the job from Tavarna 1.7.1 GUI, click on 'Run workflow remotely'.
I got the message: Added JobREST
http://localhost:8080/remotetaverna-0.4.5/v1/jobs............
But the job status is "INITIALISING" and never return.
I have attached the workflow xml file.
I did not use the 'Running a remote execution service securely' (
http://www.mygrid.org.uk/tools/taverna/associated-tools/taverna-remote-execution/).
I do not think skipping this step would cause problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
