Hi, I will put the Taverna remote execution service to Tomcat. Then this service will be available through web interface. I also like to call this service through command line application.
Is there any sample code that use the Taverna remote execution API to programmatically execute a workflow, get the status and the output. Any suggestion will be appreciate. Thank you.
