this may be an issue because both tupelo and opm provenance have only deployed snapshots so far -- and while I /could/ build and deploy tupelo locally, I cannot check out any opm.provenance.org source.
one possibility is for me to turn the OPMManager (which causes all of these new deps) into a stub and then subclass it for the real implementation. In 2.1 we only release the stub.
