Dear Stian, Ian and Kieren Indeed, the newest Rserve version does not work with the Rshell processor in Taverna 2. I have updated the Rshell code for Taverna 1.7. This plugin is available at http://ewi.utwente.nl/~biorange/rshell . This plugin does not work for Taverna 2, because some plugin-stuff has changed in Taverna 2. The code of my latest Rshell plugin is available at sourceforge, in CVS. Maybe the Taverna people can use it to make the Taverna 2 Rshell version compatible with the newest Rserve (and so R) version. This new Rserve version works with R version 2.7-2.9 but also with prior versions. This new Rserve version requires developers to use the Rengine java package instead of the JRClient java package...
Additionally, the newest Rshell version has PDF support and syntax highlighting.
