In both 2.0 and the snapshot 20090527 I get an empty string as output for AB000100. The snapshot is generating some strange exceptions that I have logged as a Jira issue. It is caused by net.sf.taverna.t2.workflowmodel.serialization.xml.DispatchLayerXMLDeserializer.deserializeDispatchLayer just writing to standard out!
