I think it's fixable - but as it would mean a change of how WSDL services are described it's a change of both discovery of services and workflow serialisation format. This means loads of extra testing would be required, for instance it should still work to open an 'older' workflow that doesn't specify everything. We also have to make sure that different styles of WSDL services RPC/encoded, Document/literal etc. all play along with this. So it's not possible to simply give the different operations different names?
