Hello, We are planning to plug an external software as a Taverna component, using the standard I/O streams. I found that there is "Execute_cmd_line_app" component which can invoke an external command and fetch the standard output stream. However we need the standard input stream to put the input data to the external software, in addtion to the functions which "Execute_cmd_line_app" provides. Is there any such component/code which handles the standard in?
If not, which source code and documents we should refer to implement such a component, probabaly using the code of "Execute_cmd_line_app" as a base. I have searched the source code repository and documents but could not find which one corresponds to the component and how to make a new component.
