Hi,
the attached T2 flow generates a class cast exception when you do as Jan says -- see below.

what actually happens is
- you get the exception, but a new file gets written anyway
- T2 won't be able to parse the file back in when you try to reload it

I had some problems saving certain workflows in Taverna 2. If you take the workflow in the attachment and add a link from output port g to workflow output d, then it adds a merge node, which is fine, but I then seem not to be able to save the result. Is this a known bug?
