I'm afraid there is no ETA on this as it's something we don't currently 
have resource to do. It involves updating the T2 myExperiment plugin 
that Alan mentioned below, to respond to the WHIP package (the T1 plugin 
has this code already). And it also involves writing some code in 
myExperiment to WHIPify T2 workflows (ie: bundle them up into WHIPs). We 
already have this working for T1 workflows so shouldn't be a major task.

Once the T2 serialisation format is stable, and we have better support 
for T2 in myExp (automatic parsing of metadata, generation of preview 
image, etc), then we can look into the WHIP integration.

Although, if the file extension for T2 workflows is .t2flow, should this 
not just open up in T2 anyways (as long it's registered in the OS)?

I'll look to do this post-ISMB, for the RC release of T2. And possibly 
functionality to assemble / add to packs directly from Taverna.
