Hello, I am currently investigating the accessibility of SoapLab and Soap/WSDL services used in workflows at myExperiment. Dead services results in broken workflows. I want the determine the influence of dead services on workflow sharing.
One thing I saw is that all Goviz related services are down (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/collab/mygrid/service1/goviz/GoViz.jws). One of the thing I want to find out reasons why services become unavailable, such as services hosted at localhost, behind a firewall, that are moved, or that are services down. Other services that are not available anymore: http://dbk-ed.mib.man.ac.uk:8080/HumanAffymapper/services/HumanAffymappe r?wsdl And all services hosted at: http://mygrid.ncl.ac.uk/ I hope someone can give me information why these services are down.
