I have been inspecting the t2platform artifacts, and I found a copy of
artifact-support-0.2.xsd inside the
net.sf.taverna.t2.infrastructure:platform-spring artifact (both in version
p0.1b1 and version p0.1b2). Those copies differ a lot from the one you have put
online, even on the namespace, so it complains:

Offending resource: class path resource [context.xml]; nested exception is

in XML document from class path resource
[context-parts/platform-basic-profile.xml] is invalid; nested exception is
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: TargetNamespace.1: Expecting namespace
'http://taverna.sf.net/schema/artifact-support-0.2', but the target namespace
of the schema document is 'http://taverna.sf.net/schema/artifact-support'.
I guess the XSD is inside those artifacts so they do not need to fetch
it from internet, but I don't know why the libraries are not already doing that.
