In Taverna 2, Raven is part of the infrastructure of the Taverna engine.
In the svn repository it is at:

http://code.google.com/p/taverna/source/browse/taverna#taverna/engine/net.sf.taverna.t2.infrastructure/trunk/raven

In Taverna 1, Raven is a separate subsection of the cvs repository to
most of Taverna. It is at:

http://taverna.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/taverna/utils/raven/

I guess you are looking at the Taverna 1 sourcecode. Is so, you
probably need to download utils project from the cvs repository.

I hope this helped.

As Paul said, this sort of discussion is probably best held on the
taverna-hackers mailing list.
