Thats just to log into the cvs repository, which for anonymous you just 
hit Enter. Its looks like you did this successfully.

Yep, this looks right for pulling back the code tree under utils.
Also, the main module for the Taverna 1 sourcecode is taverna1.0.

By the way, the source code for Taverna 2 is all on Google Code at : 
http://taverna.googlecode.com for which we use Subversion.
