run.sh should also work for Mac users, but they would have to run it
from the Terminal, which is not very smooth compared to the
application bundle. Also a few extra options need to be set to get the
menu bar in the right place. (This should be the case for the
'taverna.sh' of 2.1 RC 1)


I assume that Linux and some Windows users should be OK with running from the 
terminal.
I have no experience in Mac, though. 
We are thinking of packaging Taverna 2.1 + caGrid 1.4 plug-ins when cagrid 1.4 
is released. 
I will do that early next year, and will come back to the list if I have any 
questions :-)
